Due to the Covid 19 epidemic we are in, the precautions taken and measures to be implemented in our hotel in order to provide you, our valued business partners, with accurate information from their customers are as follows. Measures and regulations taken:
1. Our staff will be warned by our staff to check and wear them without being disturbed about whether they are wearing a guest mask or not.
2. Again, by the same staff, fire measurements will be made at the entrance and recorded under the reservation name and details.
3. Procedures will be initiated by disinfecting hands from the disinfection apparatus during entry.
4. In front of the reception, the process of the guest will be continued using the areas reserved in accordance with the social distance (1.5 m) rule.
5. The reception desk will be separated with a transparent separator in order to increase the protection between the staff and the guest.
6. If there is a queue at the reception, guests with reservation will be allowed to wait in the waiting area in accordance with the special social distance rule.
7. After the documents required for entry procedures are sterilized in the sterilizing machine, they will be used by the receptionist for registration.
8. The rooms are cleaned with disinfected products before entry and exit. Since our hotel will be on sale with a capacity of 60%, our rooms will be ready for use considering the ventilation time.
9. Guests will be directed to use the disinfected product in the common areas (elevator - lobby - lavobo - pool - restaurant) that is open to the common use of guests.
10. In service areas and in all service areas, our personnel will provide service with personal protective equipment obeying the social distance rule, personal hygiene rules and mandatory use within the scope of Covid 19 epidemic. (mask, gloves, protective visor…)
11. Table arrangement in restaurants will be taken within the scope of Covid 19 in accordance with social distance rules and guests will be provided to receive service from the same table during their stay according to their room number.
12. The pool will be open to use, but not every guest may be benefited at the same time in order to maintain social distance as a usage area. It is important that this information is given in order for the guests to understand this issue.
13. All of our guests staying at our hotel are recorded and, if deemed necessary under Covid 19, this information can be shared with relevant public institutions. Our business informs in advance that it will not take any legal responsibility in this regard.
