Whether you choose to spend your time on the beach or in the heart of the town, there are plenty of things to do on this Balearic Island as part of your holidays in Son Parc. While the sand and sea offers a particularly stunning place to relax or swim, there are numerous activities on hand for adrenaline junkies. Canoeing, snorkelling and jet-skiing are all favoured on these sands, while holidaymakers can also head inland for a day of hiking or horseback riding. Son Parc also boasts the only golf course on Menorca.
Away from its coastal areas, Son Parc’s town boasts plenty of bars and restaurants to keep you entertained during your getaway. The centre, referred to as ‘the strip’, is jam-packed with eateries serving up delicious local cuisine, with freshly-caught seafood remaining a speciality. Browse the endless parade of unique shops and outlets that line this part of town, picking up a few souvenirs as you go. While Son Parc holidays remain fairly laid-back after sunset, you’ll find a thriving nightlife in nearby Mahon – with bustling bars awaiting your arrival. Other alternatives for a daytrip include Arenal d'en Castell, Fornells or Ciutadella.
