The Oceano Atlantico apartments are situated on the excellent Algarve coast, not far from Portimao and extremely close to Praia da Rocha beach. This hotel boasts a delightful pool area (the outdoor pool is currently renovation, please see Other Information) and an indoor pool. Opposite the hotel is Praia da Rocha beach, but there's also Praia de Alvor nearby too, with its extremely popular and beautiful Alvor Boardwalk. If you can't get enough of beaches there are tons more to try along the Algarve: why not Vau Beach? Not too far either. If you fancy a day away from the beaches, and the crowds that gather there, check out the Megalithic Monuments of Alcalar. This is an ancient, ancient site set in protected Algarve countryside. Come here to get lost for a few moments in the history and peaceful tranquility of the area.
