Taxis are quite cheap in Morocco, to the nearest city it's around 4-5 pounds. It's difficult to recommend how much money you should take without knowing your spending habits, but 500 seems good for a week away! Food is affordable in Morocco, and your biggest expense will probably be getting around. Don't forget to haggle those prices in the markets if you're particularly conscientious about the money you're spending.
We also recommend that you change your dirhams back to pounds (if you have any left) before you get to the airport. The rates of exchange are not as good, and you can't spend any dirhams in the Moroccan off-duty.
And nope, you don't need any special injections to visit Morocco.
Hope this helps, enjoy your trip!
