The luxurious 4-star Hilton Rose Hall Resort & Spa is a former sugar plantation and lies across 400 acres of tropical coast in the famous resort town of Montego Bay in Jamaica. Pool and wellness

The hotel has two outdoor swimming pools with sun loungers, parasols, plus  three whirlpools. Sugar Mills Water Park is one of the largest in the Caribbean and includes beachfront pools, a 280-ft. thrill slide, cascading waterfalls, a lazy river with inner tubes, and two swim-up bars.

There's also a spa offering a range of treatments including massages, facials, and body treatments, plus a beauty salon. You'll find a fitness centre here too.

Food and drink

With a total of six restaurants and four bars, there's plenty of choice at the hotel. Dine on Italian cuisine for lunch and dinner at the pizzeria-style restaurant, with other cuisines including Caribbean, Asian, American, and international. Sip on cocktails at the Sugar Mill Falls swim-up bar or in the hotel lobby bar. While the coffee shop and juice bar offer more options.

Activities and entertainment

The hotel has four tennis courts, with private tennis lessons available. Table tennis, volleyball, and non-motorised watersports are available. Nightly entertainment covers activities, such as live music dancing, a night club, karaoke, and pool parties. The hotel can also arrange activities and excursions such as rafting, plantation tours, hikes, and day trips to sites of interest. There's a golf course 3km from the hotel.

Children
