Campanile Val de France (ex Kyriad at Disneyland Paris)

The Campanile Val de France is a 3-star lakeside hotel nestled into the French countryside. It is an official Disneyland Paris partner hotel, ideal if you want to visit the parks during your holiday in France without staying on site. It’s easy to get to Disneyland using the hotel’s free shuttle service, which will have you at the gates to the ‘Mouse Kingdom’ in just ten minutes.

There are 300 rooms spread across two buildings at the Campanile Val de France. Each room includes free WiFi, flat screen satellite TV, hair dryer, and bathroom with tub. High chairs and cots are available from the hotel’s reception desk. For those days when you want a break from the excitement of the theme parks, there’s plenty to do at the hotel. The video game arcade is popular with teens, while younger kids love the hotel’s farm, where they can feed and pet animals such as alpacas, goats, and guinea pigs. There’s also a Disney Boutique onsite for shopping. In the evening, you can relax and unwind at Le Marche Gourmand which serves up authentic French cuisine (there’s a children’s menu, too), or grab some nibbles and cocktails at L’Abreuvoir Bar.

Of course, the main local attractions are the theme parks: Disneyland and the Walt Disney Studios. There’s also the Disney Village which has some fantastic bars (and a cinema) for the evening. However, there’s much, much more to do! The hotel offers a shuttle service to the local shopping centres, Val d’Europe and La Vallee Village, and Golf Disneyland is nearby, too. You could also spend a day exploring Paris; it’s just 40 minutes by car or 35 minutes by RER train.
