The 4-star Hurghada Long Beach Resort is located on Sahl Hasheesh Road, at Hurghada in Egypt. Renovated in 2010, this couple- and family-friendly resort stands right on the shore of the Red Sea, with 1,100 metres of exclusive private beach and its own onsite diving centre. This resort provides a wonderful venue for honeymoon couples to relax and bask in the sun, plus a wealth of sporting and exploration opportunities for the more active.
The Hurghada Long Beach Resort has 912 spacious double or twin rooms spread over three floors, with a balcony and view over the palm-filled gardens. There are six beautifully situated swimming pools, squash and tennis courts and a fully equipped fitness room, and when all that exhausts you, there's a choice of 12 bars and four restaurants with various dining options. You might elect to take some therapeutic or cosmetic treatments at the luxurious Horas Spa, take some scuba diving lessons, or have a crack at windsurfing or water skiing. For your kids you'll find a childcare centre, special children's activities and menus, and a playground. There's no wonder all inclusive holidays here are so popular!
The Red Sea itself is the main attraction at Hurghada, with oodles of choice in water sports and adventures. There are boat trips to watch whales or swim with dolphins, fantastic snorkelling and scuba diving opportunities, lots of aquaparks for the children and jeep safaris into the desert. For an unforgettable experience, you might also take a day trip to Luxor to see the Valley of the Kings.

Morning snacks: Served from 10:30am until 12:00pm at the pool and beach bars.
Lunch: Buffet served from 12:30pm until 3:00pm in Al Dente restaurant. Afternoon and evening snacks: Served from 12:00pm until 4:00pm at the pool and beach bars.
Ice cream: Served from 12:00pm until 1:30pm and from 3:00pm until 4:30pm at the pool and beach bars.
Tea time: Tea and coffee served with assorted pastries from 4:00pm until 5:00pm at the pool and beach bars.
Dinner: Oriental buffet in Al Dente restaurant from 6:30pm until 10pm.
Late dinner consists of cold cuts served from 10:30pm until midnight in the main restaurant. Must be reserved in advance.
Soft drinks: Draught soft drinks, packed juices and mineral water.
Beers, wines and spirits: Local draught beer, local red, rose and white wine (indoor only). Local vodka, gin, rum, whisky, brandy and ouzo. Hot beverages: American coffee and tea, beverages served at the main open buffet restaurant Al Dente during breakfast, lunch and dinner. From 10:30am until sunset at the pool and beach bars, from 10:30am until 7pm at Vienna Bar and from 10:30am until midnight in the Aqua Lounge.
Mini bar: one bottle of mineral water will be supplied free of charge per room per day.
