The discount applies to selected hotels only, and eligible hotels will be tagged with a red 'SALE' label (subject to availability).

2. The sale deals will be featured alongside the following messages:

6. The lead passenger must be a UK resident 18 or over on the date of booking.

7. All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions.

8. loveholidays reserves the right to correct any errors, including pricing errors, and withdraw any deals at our discretion for any reason.

9. Specific exclusions and limitations may apply, including but not limited to certain room types, board bases, or durations, which will be determined at the time of booking.

Voucher giveaway terms and conditions

The Draw

1. The prize draw is run by We Love Holidays Ltd (the Promoter) for eligible customers to be entered into a prize draw to win a loveholidays voucher worth between £10 and £5,000.

How to Enter

2. To enter the prize draw, participants must currently have a loveholidays account or open an account before 23.59 on 2 February 2025.

3. Accounts created after this time won’t be valid.

4. These terms and conditions bind anyone who has been submitted into the prize draw and wishes to claim their prize.

Eligibility

5. Participants must be UK residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

The Prize

6. The prize is a voucher to be used when booking a loveholidays package holiday before 23.59 on 2 February 2025, after which the voucher will expire.

7. A voucher will be added to every account created before 23.59 on 2 February 2025. The voucher can only be accessed in a loveholidays account. The accounts associated email address must be the same as a booking made using the voucher.

8. Vouchers are unique to each account and are single-use. Any remaining funds on the voucher after booking the packaging holiday will be lost.

9. The voucher codes have different values and a minimum spend may apply. Account holders will be able to clearly see from within their account if this is the case.

10. Eligible participants will receive one of the following prizes:

1. £5,000 voucher(no minimum spend)
2. £1,000 voucher (no minimum spend)
3. £500 voucher (no minimum spend)
4. £100 voucher (minimum spend £2000)
5. £40 voucher (minimum spend £1500)
6. £25 voucher (minimum spend £1000)
7. £10 voucher (minimum spend £750)

11. The prizes will be distributed at random to each user on the basis of probability, and will be accessible at any time before redemption until expiry at 23.59 on 2 February 2025.

12. The voucher code must be redeemed when booking a holiday on www.loveholidays.com or the loveholidays app before 23.59 on 2 February 2025, after which time it will automatically expire.

13. The promoter does not accept any responsibility if a winner is not able to take up the prize before it expires.

14. There is no cash alternative and the prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers.

15. The prize is non-negotiable and non-transferable, and when redeeming the voucher, the account holder must be the named “lead passenger” on the new booking.

16. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in loveholidays’ privacy policy.

General

17. All bookings are subject to loveholidays terms and conditions.

18. loveholidays reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

19. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when purchasing online, loveholidays does not take any responsibility for incomplete bookings and incomplete bookings will not be valid for entry into the prize draw. loveholidays does not accept any responsibility for any bookings which are not completed for any reason.
