What should I do if I'm due to go on holiday to Rhodes?

This FAQ relates to the Rhodes Wildfires in July and August 2023, and only applies to customers that were affected by this event at that time.

Our main priority is the safety of our customers and we’re continuing to closely monitor the situation and follow the advice of the local authorities.

Holidays to any part of Rhodes from 7 August onwards, are, at this stage, still going ahead as normal. However, if your holiday is affected, please rest assured that we will be in touch as soon as we can, though we will be prioritising customers based on departure date order.
