When will I receive a refund for my cancelled holiday?

This FAQ relates to the Rhodes Wildfires in July and August 2023, and only applies to customers that were affected by this event at that time.

Refunds for cancelled Rhodes holidays will be processed immediately but please allow 3 to 5 days for payments to reach your account.
