Are you issuing refunds for holidays that have now been cancelled?

This FAQ relates to the Rhodes Wildfires in July and August 2023, and only applies to customers that were affected by this event at that time.

Yes, if your holiday to Rhodes has been cancelled, you will receive a refund. The funds can take between 3 and 5 days to reach your account.
