In order to get going on holidays as stress free and enjoyable as possible, we have compiled a list of commonly asked questions our customers want answer to.

Why is my order pending?

Once you’ve placed your order, our system will try to book each element for you with the individual service provider. During this time, your status will be set to pending as we work with live systems. This can, on some occasions, cause changes in our prices and availability. Once all elements of your booking have been confirmed, at the price you’ve selected on our website, your hotel will be booked and you’ll get your booking confirmation email to the email address you’ve provided. This can take up to 48 hours, but typically happens much quicker. Please check your spam and junk folders, too.

Once you have received your booking confirmation email, you can view your booking online, make payments and view travel documents by logging into our Manage My Booking tool with your LOV reference and the lead passenger’s surname.
