In order to get going on holidays as stress free and enjoyable as possible, we have compiled a list of commonly asked questions our customers want answer to.

How do I enter my promocode / voucher code?

loveholidays occasionally issues promotional codes (voucher codes or promocodes) which entitle the user to receive a specific discount on holidays that match the criteria stated in the promotion.

You can enter your promocode on the Passenger Details page, or Payment Page, during the purchase process. If you are still struggling to find where to enter a promocode, this may be because our site isn't showing the box.


We detect if you have come from a promocode site or not, and show the box when you have. If for some reason this isn't working correctly, click here to enable the voucher code box.


Please note: our promocodes are valid online for flight+hotel bookings. Our voucher codes are not applicable to hotel-only bookings.


Why isn't my voucher code working?

If you're being told that your voucher code is not valid for your holiday purchase, this could be because:

  • The voucher code details have been entered incorrectly.

  • The voucher code is no longer in date - please check the expiry date.

  • There may be a minimum spend amount associated with the code and you haven't reached it.
