When do I receive my confirmation email?

In order to make sure we have processed your booking correctly, your booking confirmation email, and associated travel documentation may take up to 72 hours to come through via email.

Once you have received your booking confirmation email, you can view your booking online, make payments and view travel documents by logging into our Manage My Booking tool with your LOV reference and lead passenger's name.
