In order to get going on holidays as stress free and enjoyable as possible, we have compiled a list of commonly asked questions our customers want answer to.

What is my booking reference number?

Once you have placed an order either online or over the phone, we will make final confirmations with the relevant service providers to confirm your order. This normally takes a few minutes, but in certain circumstances can take up to 48 hours.

Once your order is confirmed with each service provider, you will be issued via email your loveholidays Booking Reference number. Typically this reference number is pre-fixed with LOV. You can use this number to log into our 'Manage My Booking' section where you can view documentation, request amendments and so on.

Please keep this reference number safe because if and when you need to contact us, this will be what we ask you for, in order to locate your booking as quickly and efficiently as possible.
