In order to get going on holidays as stress free and enjoyable as possible, we have compiled a list of commonly asked questions our customers want answer to.

I have booked Thomas Cook flights, what happens now?

Thomas Cook has announced that it has entered administration, and this will affect any customers who have a Thomas Cook flight on their loveholidays booking.

Please note that if you are travelling on or before the 31st of October 2019, with one or more Thomas Cook flights, we regrettably have had to cancel your booking due to Thomas Cook falling into administration. We are issuing refunds as quickly as possible.

In order to help as many customers as possible we are going to work through bookings in departure date order starting with those due to depart in November 2019.

We will be contacting all affected customers by email in the first instance and will be trying to offer new flights where possible to enable as many customers to go on holiday.

If a new flight cannot be sourced, we may have to cancel your booking and offer a refund.
