How do I log in to Manage My Booking?

To log in to your booking you will need your LOV reference and the surname of the person who made the booking.

Your reference number can be found on the documentation that we send to you once all parts of your booking are confirmed. If you have not received confirmation of this, then you will not be able to access Manage My Booking.

Please make sure you include the letters and the numbers when logging in, for example LOV445566U.
