Frequently Asked Questions

In order to get going on holidays as stress free and enjoyable as possible, we have compiled a list of commonly asked questions our customers want answer to.

What will I have to pay to change my booking?

Any changes to a holiday are always subject to fees from your suppliers and we will also charge an administration fee if you choose to make changes to the booking you originally made.

Many airlines will class a change of name or dates as a full change and as such charge you to cancel the original ticket and rebook a new ticket, so charges can be anything up to 100% of the original costs.

Whilst many hotels are flexible if you want to make a small change, some will also charge in full for any changes. If you have booked a hotel which classes the booking as non-refundable, it is exactly that, so you cannot make any changes at all, including the names, dates or duration.

Changing a booking with multiple suppliers is complicated, and as such we charge an administration fee to process change requests as confirmed in our booking terms and conditions. Our administration fee is up to £75 per person.
