In order to get going on holidays as stress free and enjoyable as possible, we have compiled a list of commonly asked questions our customers want answer to.

Flight Delays and Cancellations

To our customers who are advised of a delay to their flight, please monitor your airline’s websites for updates on your flight status. If you suffer disruption with your flights, please contact your airline for further information on how to proceed.

In all cases you must contact your hotel directly to advise them of your delayed arrival, to ensure that they keep your room available for you. 

If you have received confirmation that your flight has been cancelled, please confirm directly with your airline whether you are cancelling your flight or transferring to a different flight. You can do this and check available options to transfer to alternative flights, by using the airline website.

If you are cancelling your flights and would like to request a cancellation of your booking in full, please use Manage My Booking on to confirm that is what you would like to do.

To our customers currently overseas when this occurs, please monitor airline websites and liaise with your airline directly in the event that your flights experience cancellation. Your airline will then advise you directly on how to make alternative arrangements for your flight home.
