In order to get going on holidays as stress free and enjoyable as possible, we have compiled a list of commonly asked questions our customers want answer to.

Can I make a change to my booking?

All amendments are subject to your Service Providers and our terms and conditions. All amendments requests need to be submitted online via Manage My Booking where you can also see the estimated costs from both the Service Provider and loveholidays. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response regarding your request, and to be advised on any additional costs. Please note that amendment or cancellation queries cannot be dealt with over the phone.

*Any amendment will incur an administration charge of up to £75 per person plus any charges from the Service Provider.

Customers are recommended to contact their airlines directly – if you have received your flight confirmation from them, they will be able to advise you on their charges directly.

    Service Providers Conditions

Flights are non-refundable after you book them. If you wish to change a flight, you will need to make a brand new flight reservation.
If we are able to cancel your hotel, we will do it and book a new hotel for you. You will need to pay any cancellation fee, difference in price and the admin fees. If you have selected a non-refundable room, then we cannot change this in any way and you would have to rebook.
Once booked, transfers are non-refundable.
Once the policy is in place and being used, it is non-refundable.
Airport Parking
Airport Parking is a non-refundable service.

If you would like to add hold bags to your booking you can do so by contacting your airline directly.

We cannot process special requests; if you wish to make a special request then please contact the hotel directly to ensure that your request has been passed on.
