In order to get going on holidays as stress free and enjoyable as possible, we have compiled a list of commonly asked questions our customers want answer to.
Air Traffic Control Strikes can occur and, due to the nature of the strike action, notification is only received at late notice in some cases.
As a result of strike action, there may be a possibility of delays to flights during this period of time, and certain flights may also be cancelled..
We advise any customers who are affected by an airline strike to please monitor your airline’s websites for updates on your flight status. If you suffer disruption with your flights during this time, please contact your airline for further information on how to proceed.
In all cases you must contact your hotel directly to advise them of your delayed arrival, to ensure that they keep your room available for you.
If you are overseas when a strike takes place, please monitor airline websites and liaise with your airline directly in the event that your flights experience cancellation. Your airline will then advise you directly on how to make alternative arrangements for your flight home.
Any claims for unused hotel stays/nights and transfers must be handled directly with your insurance company.
