In order to get going on holidays as stress free and enjoyable as possible, we have compiled a list of commonly asked questions our customers want answer to.

What happens to my holiday if there is a Weather Warning?

When a weather warning is put in place for the UK, there is the potential for travel delays on roads, rail and air travel, as well as possible flight cancellations.

To our customers due to travel when a weather warning is in effect, please ensure you allow extra time to travel to your departure airport and plan to check in as usual, but monitor your airline’s websites for updates. If you suffer disruption with your flights during this time, please contact your airline for further information on how to proceed.

In all cases you must contact your hotel directly to advise them of your delayed arrival, to ensure that they keep your room available for you

To our customers who are overseas during a weather warning, please monitor airline websites and liaise with your airline directly in the event that your flights experience delays or cancellation. Your airline will then advise you directly on how to make alternative arrangements for your flight home.

If your flights are cancelled then please email with your booking reference and lead passenger surname.
