In order to get going on holidays as stress free and enjoyable as possible, we have compiled a list of commonly asked questions our customers want answer to.

It's been over 72 hours and I've not had my booking confirmation - why is this?

Once your booking has been completed online or with a sales agent, you will receive a booking request confirmation. This is confirmation of your holiday request. We then need to confirm the booking with the service providers.

You will only receive your booking summary when all parts of your booking are confirmed. In most cases this is as soon as you make your booking, however this may take up to 72 hours in certain circumstances (as cited in our T&Cs). On rare occassions we may not be able to confirm your booking due to one of the elements being unavailable or there being a significant price change.

If this does occur then our dedicated team will contact you straight away to give you all of your options and to help resolve this. If for any reason you decide not to go ahead with the changes offered, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid at point of booking.
