Can I make changes to my booking if I am not the lead passenger?

The easiest way to make changes to your booking if you’re not the lead passenger is via our loveholidays app (available to download on both Android and Apple devices) or online at Manage My Booking. To do this, you’ll need to have access to the email address on the booking.

Due to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), if you want to make changes over the phone, the lead passenger will need to contact us on 0123 497 5975 to authorise you to speak on their behalf. Please note that any time you call us to make changes, you will need to pass a set of data protection questions.
