However, visit in July or August if you are after scorching temperatures, long lazy days on the beach and balmy waters. The temperatures during the day can easily reach the 30 degree mark (especially in August!), while evenings are pleasantly cool thanks to that refreshing sea-water-infused breeze. It comes as no surprise that this is when big resorts like Sunny Beach and Golden Sands are at their fullest, so expect bigger crowds and with that, some of the biggest parties too!

A lot of the hotels here have some fab outdoor swimming pools with children areas as well as mini clubs, not to mention the fun waterparks you’ll find all over the Black Sea coast. You can count on great holiday deals and less crowds as this is low season. Weather is milder too, although this does mean there might be a few showers along the way.
September offers end of season deals aplenty as well. If you are money savvy, this is definitely the time for your holiday to Bulgaria. Resorts get quieter and weather is lovely as it’s not as hot as in August, making it perfect for people who are not fans of the heat. Keep in mind as the month draws to a close some hotel facilities will start closing down as well – most of them, however, stay open until October. Something definitely worth checking if you are visiting at this time.
