We offer a bespoke way of searching for your next holiday, ensuring that all your needs are catered for in one place. Not sure where or when to go? With us, you don’t have to search by date or destination; you can search by what matters to you the most such as budget, board basis, star rating and even temperature. Not completely convinced which hotel is the right one for you? You can search our holidays by TripAdvisor rating until you find the ideal accommodation.

ATOL Protection

Many of the flights and flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. But ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website.

Please ask us to confirm what protection may apply to your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected. Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement for Financial Year 2018/2019


At loveholidays we believe we have a responsibility to ensure that our business is conducted responsibly and in an ethical manner. We do not tolerate any form of slavery, servitude, human trafficking and/or child or forced labour within our organisation or partner organisations.

Structure and Business Model

Our operating group consists of our parent company, Want2bthere Limited and our trading company, We Love Holidays Limited (the “Group”).

Loveholidays is one of the fastest growing online travel agencies in the UK and has been recognised in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100. Loveholidays is ranked one of the top 10 ATOL holders by the Civil Aviation Authority.

Our service is to enable customers to quickly and easily book travel services with various third-party providers such as airlines, hotels and airport transfer providers (“Service Providers”). We serve nearly five-hundred thousand happy customers a year (2016/17) in the UK and Ireland.

The Group employs approximately 150 people across two sites: London and Lancing. There is also a small number of overseas Contractors.

Loveholidays acts as an agent in the booking process, facilitating customers to contract directly with their chosen Service Provider. When booking flights, we act as the agent for the consumer, unless we have an agency agreement in place with the airline. For hotel and transfer bookings, the Service Providers have appointed loveholidays to act on their behalf to offer customers their respective services. The customer therefore always has a contract directly with the Service Provider for the individual travel service.

Loveholidays is not a tour operator or package holiday organiser.

We have built close relationships with our key partners and ensure that expectations of business behaviour are clear and consistent with our policy aims.

Our Supply Chain

As detailed above, loveholidays acts only as an agent and as such, Service Providers provide their services directly to customers and not to loveholidays. However, as an ethical business, as far as possible we ensure that Service Providers are contractually obliged to comply with all their legal and regulatory obligations and share the aims of our Policies. Our team of purchasers and Contractors ensure each Service Provider is aware of our Policies and monitor their compliance.

Our Policies

The Group has implemented a number of policies to ensure the business is operating in a legal, ethical and consistent manner. Our policies include:

  • Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy – the Group’s guidance on identifying, reporting and countering bribery and corruption.
  • Anti-Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy – implementing our policy on modern slavery and how we deal with it.
  • Recruitment & Retention – our recruitment policy and procedures include verification of eligibility to work legally in the UK and our HR Department monitor compliance.
  • Whistleblowing Policy – the Group has a procedure that encourages staff to raise their concerns about any aspect of the business and provides them a safe and protective environment to do so.

Each employee is aware of the above Policies and are regularly updated.


All employees go through a process of induction and as part of that induction, they receive information about our policies and procedures. Further training is provided to those staff in specialist or management roles and all employees have access to the Legal & Compliance officer for support.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

The Group has appointed a Legal & Compliance officer to ensure the business is complying with our stated policies and investigate any concerns raised.

We encourage all our staff to report any concerns they have and reassure them that their comments will be taken seriously.

This statement will be updated annually and published on our website.

Approval of this Statement

The Group publishes this statement in compliance with section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our Group slavery and human trafficking statement for the current financial year.

This Statement has been approved by the Group’s board and will be reviewed annually.
