If you have query relating to your booking and you haven't started your holiday yet, you can send us a message through the Manage My Booking portal.
Select the 'Submit A Message" link, select the query category and send us your message.
For amendment requests, please use the ‘Make Changes’ section in Manage My Booking.
Most queries can be resolved by logging into Manage My Booking, but if you need to speak to an advisor, then the lead passenger can call us:

If your query relates to an issue with your hotel, please speak to your reception first to allow them to resolve any problems you may be experiencing.
If your query relates to pick up times for your transfer, please follow the instructions on your documents to reconfirm with your transfer supplier. You can download a copy of these using Manage My Booking.
