Need assistance whilst you're on holiday?

If your query relates to an issue with your hotel, please speak to your reception first to allow them to resolve any problems you may be experiencing.

If your query relates to pick up times for your transfer, please follow the instructions on your documents to reconfirm with your transfer supplier. You can download a copy of these using Manage My Booking.

If you have a query or would like to provide feedback on your recent holiday please complete the ‘Post Travel Query’ form in the My Holiday Details section on Manage My Booking and one of our team will investigate your query.
