Thai cookery classes*
The Ta-Krai cookery class is the place to pick up simple techniques for preparing traditional Thai dishes from the Ta-Krai Master Chef. It's held on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 14:00 to 16:00. Just so you know, you'll need to book the day before.
The hotel has its own luxury spa*, which goes beyond the call of duty by offering treatments like paraffin hand therapies, body scrubs and therapy baths alongside traditional massages.
As soon as you step inside the Quan Spa, you're struck by the peaceful, relaxing feel. It's traditional in style, with 11 treatment rooms dotted around a pretty lotus pond and a wide, wooden veranda. When it comes to treatments, you can expect things like body scrubs, wraps, facials, massages, waxing treatments, manicures and pedicures. You'll also find a vitamin bar, steam room, and therapy baths. The spa is open to those aged 13 or over.

The hotel’s swimming pool weaves around the entire resort, looping under wooden bridges and changing form from narrow lazy rivers to big bodies of water.
The pool's made up of canals that wind their way around the hotel. In fact, at 2.2 kilometres long, it's the longest pool in South East Asia.

From a deli* to a Mediterranean restaurant*, there are lots of dining options at the hotel. The Japanese eatery, Sakura*, deserves special mention. It features a sushi bar and a teppanyaki station.
Ta-Krai Thai restaurant*

Ta-Krai serves up the perfect introduction to authentic Thai cuisine. Here you can try all the classic Thai dishes, accompanied by a selection of Thai and international wines and Thai cocktails. The restaurant has a really traditional feel - you can dine in a traditional sunken eating area or outside beside a lotus pond. Ta-Krai is open for evening meals.
Sakura Japanese restaurant*

Modern Japanese cuisine is on the menu at Sakura. Expert chefs show off their skills, preparing dishes like sushi and teppanyaki in front of you. Sakura is open for evening meals.
Olive Mediterranean restaurant*

This Mediterranean-style eatery is the place for fresh-from-the-sea fish dishes and crispy wood-fired pizzas, plus a great selection of wines and cocktails. It's open every evening and there's live music here most nights.
This place serves up things like made-to-order sandwiches, salads, pastries, speciality coffees and Mövenpick ice-cream in a café-style setting. It's open every day.
Waterfront international restaurant*
Waterfront restaurant is just a few steps from the beach. It's the hotel's main buffet restaurant, and serves up a huge selection of eastern and western-style dishes, including delicious Thai curries. There are a few à la carte choices, too. It's open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

This stylish bar offers great views across the swimming pool's main lagoon. There's a daily happy hour from 17:00 to 18:30, and regular live music here, too.
Aquamarine pool bar*

This low-level pool bar offers up a selection of drinks. There's a daily happy hour 17:00-18:30.

From Monday to Thursday, you've got the option of booking a table for a romantic dinner beside the Andaman Sea. Choose from barbecued meats, seafood, western dishes and more. Just so you know, you'll need to book the day before.
With the in-room dining service, you can enjoy a meal either in your room or outside on your balcony or terrace. You'll find a menu in your room, which includes a selection of dishes available 24-hours-a-day.
Infinity pool bar*

This stylish pool bar has 34 seats sunk into the water, and offers up great views of the Andaman Sea. Drinks on offer included smoothies, juices, and tropical cocktails, and there's also a selection of snacks, sandwiches and desserts.
