The LUX* Grand Gaube is spread out along a calm lagoon, with a triple helping of beaches. There are a couple of pools overlooking the sands, a stack of watersports to try, and 4 restaurants. Staff like to keep things quirky, so you can expect to find little extras like a secret bar for mix-your-own cocktails, spa vouchers in bottles hidden around the gardens, and a red phone box for free calls home.

There’s an impressive watersports line-up here, including water-skiing, sailing, canoeing and diving*. Back on dry land, there’s a golf course and tennis courts to keep you busy.

Pool table*

Table tennis

Beach volleyball

Floodlights make the tennis court ideal for night play. You'll need sports shoes and the correct clothing, too.

Big game fishing*
